Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for current offers.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Delays & Lost Packages SwiftBasket is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SwiftBasket is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
